A little art, on its way to you. Here’s how to follow your Kozyndan order from confirmation to delivery.
View your order status
Open your Kozyndan order confirmation email and follow the link to view your order. This is your private order-status page, where you can check your order’s progress and find shipment tracking once it has been added.
There’s no need to create an account. If you’re asked to verify your details, use your order number and the email address or phone number you entered at checkout. A prompt labelled “Log in to view all order details” can also let you verify these order details instead of signing into an account.
Where is my order number?
Your order number is included in your order confirmation email or SMS receipt. Search your inbox for “Kozyndan” and check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find the message. Your order number identifies your purchase; it is not your parcel’s tracking number.
Track your shipment
Once tracking has been added, look in your shipping confirmation or shipping update email, or return to your order-status page. Follow the shipment’s tracking link to the carrier’s website. For orders sent with Japan Post, use the Japan Post tracking link supplied for your shipment. If the carrier asks for a tracking number, copy the parcel tracking number from your shipping email or order-status page, not your order number.
If your order is arriving in more than one shipment, check the tracking details for each shipment separately.
Can’t find your confirmation?
Reply to an existing Kozyndan order email for help. If you contact us through another channel, include the name and email address used at checkout and your order number if you have it. Please don’t share your private order-status link publicly.
